By visiting, accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on this website, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Rudvora curates lifestyle innovations, premium drinkware, bento organizers, and EDC accessories. While we strive to display colors, dimensions, and finishes with utmost fidelity:

• Actual screen colors may vary slightly depending on monitor calibrations and mobile display profiles.
• All technical dimensions, liquid capacities (e.g., 400ml, 1200ml), and material specifications (borosilicate glass, solid brass, food-grade PP) are described with standard manufacturing tolerances.
• All items are subject to stock availability. In the uncommon event an ordered product becomes unavailable, our team will promptly notify you and offer an immediate alternative or 100% full refund.

Pricing, Invoicing & 100% Secure Payments

All prices displayed on Rudvora are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

• Payment Methods: We accept all major 100% secure prepaid payment options, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and NetBanking.
• Data Security: All financial transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. Rudvora never stores or has access to your card PINs or CVV numbers.
• Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any active order already placed and confirmed will be honored at the price recorded at checkout.

Shipping, Delivery & Transit Risk

Orders are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched from our Chennai fulfillment facility within 24 to 48 hours (Mon–Sat).

• Free Delivery: Orders with a cart value of ₹499 and above receive FREE express shipping across India. Orders below ₹499 carry a flat delivery fee of ₹49.
• Estimated Timelines: Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–4 business days; rest of India within 4–6 business days; remote and special zones within 5–8 business days.
• Transit Safe-Pack: Rudvora bears full responsibility for the safety of products in transit until the package is scanned as delivered by the courier partner. Damaged parcels are covered under our instant replacement guarantee.
• Customer Presence: Couriers make up to 3 doorstep attempts. Customers are expected to provide valid delivery OTPs or acknowledge receipt upon arrival.

Returns, Replacements & Refund Terms

Our store operates with a transparent 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy:

• Eligibility: Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of courier delivery for items that arrive physically damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Substantiation: Customers must furnish unboxing photos or video evidence to our WhatsApp support at +91 99620 16222.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled with zero penalty prior to dispatch by messaging our team within 2 hours of placement.
• Refund Speed: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original funding account within 24–48 hours for UPI and 3–5 business days for Cards/NetBanking.
